Ambrosine was born in Wimbledon and grew up in Essex "Oi Oi!", Cambridge and London. She attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. On returning to the UK, Ambrosine landed the role of 'Heike' in the Inbetweeners and worked in theater and film. Davies produced and performed Nerve at the Barons Court Theatre. The sold-out show was offered a West End transfer to the Trafalgar 2 studios. Shortly after, she moved to LA LA land to enroll in The Groundlings comedy school. While training, Ambrosine created the miniseries Wombat Talent from the ground up, the mockumentary series streamed on Funny Or Die. Ambrosine trained and performed with The Groundlings for 7 years, completing the invitation-only Writing Lab and Advance Writing Lab. Davies's collaboration with UNIT 9 FILMS led to the development of her award-winning short film Snare, which won Best Motion Picture at the IndieFlicks short.
